ITEM: A bold and happy red summer dress with a flattering and relaxed fit. Garment ties around the waist to give the body a flattering figure. This garment has a long belt which goes past the length of the dress (the belt can also be tied into a bow tie if a shorter belt length is desired). The dress also has bold buttons on the collar and a relaxed sleeve design. Dress comes with side pockets.
